Ingredients: 4 oz vodka. 4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice. 2 oz simple syrup. 4 oz sparkling water. Ice cubes. Lemon slices, for garnish. Mint leaves, for garnish.

Instructions: In a shaker, combine vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the shaken mixture over the ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. Stir gently and serve.
