reminder to all those studyblrs who study on a budget:
it’s okay if you don’t have fancy or expensive pens to write your notes. your notes will still turn out nice and you’ll still get that 4.0. i’m doing just fine using cheap mechanical pencils and free pens i got from college fairs and hotels. they all get the job done.

One of the books I have to read over the summer for school is Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishigoro. I really appreciate how my English teacher is letting us read a book by an author of Asian descent. As a Filipino American, I don’t think I’ve ever read such a book for school before so it’s a nice change for once. It makes me proud of my heritage.

Ahhh it’s been about a month since my last original post. I wanted to take a break from social media to focus on my AP exams. Now that it’s all over, I can return and be more active.
Today was such a good day. A friend of mine was elected president of our Glee Club, another friend passed her driver’s exam with 100%, and I’m currently working a cute presentation about plants.
