Hey! How are you? Nowadays I'm pretty sure the only way to make an object BGC is to export all its components from the pack-dependent package into a new already BGC file created by cloning a basegame window in the case of your clock tower window. Tedious work, but now you know to use a BGC item as a base from the get-go. I'm pretty sure the s4s developers don't want to promote turning every pack item into a BGC one with ease which is why they have it this way. PS: neon light clock window?? Bye!!
Ah, yes that makes total sense!! Moving forward I’ll do my best to try and use BGC items as my base. Thank you for the pointer!
And OH MAN, maybe I’ll have to add that to the list of projects?? we’ll have to see ;)
