These simple vanilla cupcakes are a classic treat that everyone will love. Perfect for birthdays, parties, or any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a cupcake. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
