Countdown to the AI apocalypse
Yesterday, someone said they got this Countdown numbers game.
Last year, I found that autocomplete bots were really rubbish at this sort of problem. Have they improved?
Go on, go on, go on. You've got this!
Er, are you perfectly sure about this? But do go on.
OK, OK, OK... WHAT?!?!?!?
Autocomplete bot. Autocomplete bot, autocomplete bot, autocomplete bot.
I haven't seen anyone so desperate to get the right answer since primary school.
A six year old would try to pull this trick, and then the teacher would take out the number line and point to 661 above the goldfish tank, and point to 300 near the cloakroom door, and get you to run from one to the other.
And then you'd never try this again, because you'd learned.
Except you're an autocomplete bot, and you cannot learn, because you have no intelligence.
You're thick, you're thick, you're thick you are.
You're thick. You're thick.
You are so thick, you ought to go on Wheel of Fortune.
