Underrated location in fo4 is Drumlin Diner. If you pick the peaceful/pay them off options Wolfgang, Simone, Trudy, and Patrick will all just live there 'in peace', even though Trudy will be a little short with you and Patrick just remains sitting in the fetal position on the floor for the rest of time.
But if you can live with that, when Trashcan Carla stops by that's 3 shops in the same place quite close to Sanctuary and within rock throwing distance of Starlight Drive-In. Very useful in survival.
