He’s a very loving and gentle soul, and has extreme difficulties actually saying the words, so he does express his love in other ways. It’s the little things that all add up, cooking your favorite meals, making sure there’s a hot bath waiting for you after a long day, offering a massage for sore muscles, calling about that double charge on the card so you don’t have to deal with it, surprising you at work for lunch or with a surprise date night. He’s the guy who always makes sure the shelves are stocked, that you have a new toothbrush every three months, that you get that alone time you need to decompress and that funny movie when you’re down. He’s the guy who always has time for you, always has a hug ready and some good advice for a problem if you need it. He tries to make sure you know you’re loved, even if he has trouble saying it.
