Ingredient Substitution Leads to Name Change: Simcade IPA
There's a shortage of Amarillo this season so I had to substitute Cascade hops. Â Still a very good hop and one that is often used as a substitute fro Amarillo.
I liked the old name better but not appropriate any longer.
Bitterness: 73.4 IBUs
ABV: 6.9%
