Making his way to the city was almost always quite tiresome, having to walk hours with little rest from his current home to the bustling commercial center of Johto. As such, it was always crowded with every kind of people and Pokemon imaginable, to the point even the calmest place in the city had the background sound of endless, irritating chatter, that followed you for kilometers before you finally quit the city.

Needless to say, it pissed him off.

It was hard to not get angry, however, when in one minute three different people bumped into him, shooting him a glare that basically said 'you were in my way' (to which he shot even more intimidating glares), when they were walking mindlessly chatting like they're running through a damn empty street. It makes him wonder, every time he passes through the crowd to finally reach his desired store, how unpleasant are the lives of the people who lived in this city. Well, no sympathy was given, though, he merely shoves his hands deep into his warm pockets and keeps trudging through the dense mass of people, before finally stopping in front of a familiar store, the word "game" written in huge, pixelated and neon-colored letters a few meters above the door.

Silver quickly enters the store, the cold artificial breeze of the air conditioner welcoming him along with some stares of other customers. The gaming store was one of the few places where the trainer felt comfortable being inside, because rarely someone talked there, only bought their stuff and went back to their houses-- pretty much how a store should be, actually. He walks over to one of the many shelfs packed with colorful covers (the shooting session, specifically) and grabs one of them, examining the informations and the specifications of the game.

He was too busy thinking whether he should buy it or not to realize that a certain pigtailed girl wearing blue overalls entering the store waving at some people, shocking a few teenager boys there, probably thinking something along the lines of an immature, 'it's a girl? a cute one, at that? holy moly!'. She probably caught the sight of unique scarlet hair behind one of the shelves, concentrated in whatever he was doing--

And, right before Silver could even finish the last line of the game's informations, the sensation of someone jumping in his back sent a jolt of surprise through his spine, flinching by the sudden physical contact, the redhead accidentally left the game cover fall in the floor, making the CD jump out of its protection and falling again, spinning a few times before landing safely a few centimeters away from the cover. The surprise turned quickly into anger, disgust and the urge to shove whoever had the courage to bother him in such a straightforward manner... Which he promply did.
