Alive, just very busy in the real work 😭
I'm honestly still struggling with the ending. There are parts I like and parts where I feel like the moral heart of the story was betrayed a bit. I hate what messaging we got with the villains and how they all basically die. I love Class 1-A, but wish better for their arcs as well. Bakugou's was totally full circle, so I can't complain there.

Hey, i just read what heroes do, and it made me cry so much, BUT also smile a LOT. I adore your characterization of literally everyone. You have me going like - they WOULD say that (which is wild because this a bakugouxoc story, and yet they work SO well). Like you're nailing their inner voices, and I'm in awe. But more than anything, Im really thankful to you for writing this beautiful heartwrenching story. I love the way you've dealt with the more delicate issues in mha ( the duality of piece of shit father and deadbeat husband enji vs efficient n2 hero endeavor who pays all his taxes; the way you've grown Katsuki from an egotistical little brat who told Deku to kill himself into the kind of teen who actually cares for his peers and is geniunely sorry for what he said to Izuku and shows how he deeply respects best jeanist by trying to be better, the broader issues with the hero commision and the society they're trying to preserve, etc)
Also love that we get to see more of Momo (your momo deserves an essay written about her layers and compassion and hard work!) and Mina and all the girls really (even those from 1b)!!!
Also your shoto reminds me of Holt from b99, which is absolutely great! Loved his vibes!!!

Naturally, the characters do change a lot from MHA-canon, but I think they're allowed to given the way WHD unravels. I literally cannot wait for the next chapter cause it's like the beginning of the end for the first part of WHD and Eri finally makes her appearance.
