Silvan @ Fern: Silvan thought the name was pretty fitting for a dark green Espeon. They had no idea what to make of the clothing, however. Was there some kind of dress code for this event they didn't know about? "So uh, hi..." they offered awkwardly, "is there some kind of dress code I'm missing? Your clothing is quite... fancy."
"Those outfits are somewhat inspired by Sinnoh ones. Y'know, there's famous contestants, like Dawn and Lucas. They really made a great Piplup/Chimchar pair." Blossom explains with the smile. "And yea, humans do wearing those with not yet transformed Pokémon, but, transformed mons are also performing as well with their outfits wearing."
"OH, WAIT, I-I MIGHT FORGOT MY JACKET!" Fern panicking.
"Oh, don't worry, Fernie. I think Magi will get a new one for you. Right?" Blossom calms her girlfriend's nerves down.

Silvan was unused to an environment such as this. It was strange to see Pokemon in a human like environment like an office. Let alone Pokemon like a Meowth standing on two legs like a human.
It was weird, but Silvan persisted to see Margharet, and peered at their desk curiously, "hi. I'm Silvan. Is this some kind of treasure box?" they pointed at the jewellery box on their desk. "Is there something special about it?"
"Oh, he-e-e-ello, Silvan! Nice to meet you at my office-e-e-e!" She baaing with an excitement to see a non-Legendary Pokémon in her office. She points to the box.
"Well, not rea-a-a-aly the treasure one, but yea, the jewelries are ma-a-a-ade from the pretty rare stones... "
"Who knows, if you touch it, you might turn into differe-e-e-ent Pokémon..." she warns Silvan as this box contain some evo stones that can make Eevee evolve.
"You kinda look bra-a-a-ave to me, lemme give you something..." She takes something from that same box.
"An Eviolite bracelet. For those who isn't evolved yet. This protects you from any trouble-e-e-es!"
Silvan obtained: an Eviolite bracelet. It seems this bracelet is a bit big for them.
