Last week, I saw a customer yelling at a cashier. Last night, we witnessed a parent yelling and scolding her son in public so harshly. Then, my neighbour raised her voice to the guard asking him to open the access gate for her. I look at her and like, duh, where is your access card? What with the rudeness? She kept quiet and admitted she has had a bad day with her client. Too many people raising their voice nowadays. City life? Stressful job? Being abused? Sign of power?
