Body shaming is universal. and not acceptable. It means that a person gets bullied for at least one problem that he/she have. Instead of being abused, those people should be reached and helped, because they're surely suffering for their condition...and finding someone who doesn't let them down but helps them instead, can be a life-changer.
When you see someone in distress, whatever kind of it might be....HELP THEM. BE KIND. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THE WAR THEY'RE FIGHTING TODAY AND HOW HEAVY IT IS IMPACTING ON THEM....

It might seem stupid, but, I can personally assure you......a smile can SAVE your life and can change it forever.
For example, as an athlete, when I see an obese person struggling but putting all the efforts in doing some exercise, I go there and cheer them up. Because, for doing what they're doing, you must be STRONG, you must have a WILLPOWER OF STEEL, and you must have A LOT OF COURAGE.
In that precise moment, that person is MUCH STRONGER than you are.
And this is why they have all my admiration and support.
