Signly Commission
James and I have been approached by A few members of the Signly Team to help them create an App for the Hard of Hearing. This App is to be used in the Roald Dahl Museum in Buckinghamshire so that the exhibits and information can be available to HoH visitors.
The idea is to make an App that you have on your phone, when the app runs, the Camera can be pointed at an image or QR code that it will recognise and play a video of someone signing the Content on top of the marker.
We had this done within 2 days of the brief given:
We’ve figured out how to get it to work with multiple targets/images and videos, now we’ll have to figure out how to add play/pause functionality and transparency to the videos for the signer.
