Marinette’s scolding always bothered her. Her sister had just seemed so busy lately, Bridgette hadn’t wanted to bother her. It hadn’t started off too bad. Just a cough and a slight headache. It’d been like that for about a week, slowly getting worse. However, this morning Bridgette had woken up and felt her head explode. Just overnight things had progressed to the point where she couldn’t ignore them anymore. 

“I’m fine, Marinette.” 

Surely her twin would see right through her. She could never keep anything from Marinette. A cough overtook her, shaking Bridgette’s whole body. Once it died down she sat up, rubbing her forehead. “Will you close the curtains?” Her voice was raspy and strained. She had a fever as well.
