What's your default "comfort snack" when you're sick? It doesn't have to be nutritional, or a meal. Just something that makes you feel better.
Mine is pickles. When I get sick, 90% of the time my throat always burns, and eating/drinking just exacerbates it. My sense of taste is also often super fucked up, too. So pickles are a snake that one, I can taste, and two, doesn't actually burn my throat. It's perfect!
In recovery, Whumpee falls asleep in the most random places... in front of the heat vent in the kitchen, in the sunny window sill, against the pile of fresh towels in the laundry room....
