She barked a laugh, “No, I wouldn’t be. I used to find a boy that was my type and simply sleep with him because it felt good. All I care about is that you’re happy Emma.” Even if it wasn’t with her, still she shook her head slowly, the smile never leaving. “If that’s the case we should make you as beautiful as you can be so he can’t resist you. Oh wait, that’s already done, no one could resist you.” Well at least that’s how she saw it.

She chuckled, “You don’t mind them because you know I will only use them when it’s absolutely needed.” That and she trusted Regina.

“I AM AWARE OF THE FOURTH WALL, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! EVEN IF YOU ARE RIGHT, SHUT UP!”

“As for you, Regina...”

It was confusing and scary to know that finding this Henry, this perfect little prince, was the only thing that had apparently stopped her from going fully dark and insane - with all the memory potions given to her - as well as odd in a nice way: he remembered being raised by a woman she could have been but who was nearly her opposite, she had little glimpses of raising him in Boston, whatever that way, and Storybrooke. More shocking than anything was that the Henry who had been raised by the Savior, at least in cursed memories, was a Henry who had come to get her to break the curse, how it was meant to be, but had also been raised by Regina, the Evil Queen. And that the Evil Queen, not from her land but from the one where the curse had happened, had changed, had become part of the Charming family of her world. She had reunited all lands, open doors to Emma's as well, and was being kind. She didn't think that was possible for the Evil Queen who had been banished in her world, and she certainly didn't want everyone to get curse and lose their families to prove it, but this one had taken a chance. That, Emma could respect. Turning away from darkness had to be hard after being so lost in it and for so long. So at one of the many balls, she had asked Henry to show her the new not evil Queen, and he had led her to Regina. If Emma was going to be queen in her own kingdom some day, she didn't want to leave things unspoken, it was best if they all got along. "Your Majesty," her tone did betray curiosity, "I'm princess Emma. Not... from Henry's word and not from yours, just another where there was no curse." And now what? Glancing at the kid, who was now slowly giving them space, "I... tried a bite of the lasagna you made for Henry. It was really great."

“Much as I wouldn’t mind the sex I don’t wear things like that for anyone.” She didn’t really show much emotion on her face as she spoke, “Those are for others, like Eliza, to wear instead.”

“So it’s a tentative no...~ Well now I have a goal to work towards.”

“Yes, aside from a few key players, almost all of the knights of the round table have been summoned as Servants. A gloriously dysfunctional group, the whole lot of them. But I suppose I’ve no room to talk, myself.~”

“How dare you? I’m the future queen.”

Maleficent slips into her room at night, wings folding in close even as the gust rushes over the room, and then slips into her bed with her, arms and wings encircling her to simply hold her and calm her. She said nothing, smiling, and simply held her through the night. She just missed her beloved granddaughter.

A child stirred in the early light of morning. All she knew was that she was warm, and loved, knowing not how she’d come to be so. A pair of of honey-brown eyes followed the feathers and arms back to their owner, her Grandmother, she should’ve known. In sleep the Fae looked almost angelic, horns and all. With her piercing eyes closed, Long brown hair spread over the pillows, and ruby lips stretched into a faint smile. This loving woman who held her was the Maleficent Adora knew so well.
