according to Trump's executive order, all biological males are now considered females. He stated that a female at conception is always a female and a male at conception is always a male. For those of you that don't know, fetuses start out with female anatomy. I guess this also means George washington is the first female president (BTW Trump doesn't actually have any power to enforce this so don't get too scared my trans besties. Still scary that he wants to though..)
