If you are confused by the dialogue here, this is inspired from the P5 Royal Trailer back in E3 2019 that showed unique cutscenes that were never used in the game.

In that trailer, Goro had said some lines in the interrogation room that were very similar to what he said in 2/2. I find it very interesting that he said them in a distressful way, probably right before he attempted to kill Ren.

That exclusive scene added some unique angsty 2/2 flavor to the interrogation room that I felt like making a comic about it, so here it is!
