If you need to cry I highly recommend doing it in the shower because you can imagine all of your sadness is being washed away down the drain. Plus the soap/shampoo/whatever can act as a kind of aromatherapy situation. Maybe brush your teeth while you’re in there too idk.

crying in the shower really trips me out cause I can't feel the tears slide down my face and it actually just confuses me so much that I stop crying.Â
