Now that we’re all confined to our homes, we’re challenged to find new ways to define the days, practice patience and self-discipline, and reconnect with loved ones. . . To give ourselves something to look forward to, Alex and I have been planning weekly date nights in, and we’ve had a lot of fun coming up with themes, getting all dressed up, and finding little ways to surprise eachother. . . Tonight, we’re going to the ‘drive-in’ movies — whether we’ll actually be outside depends on whatever the weather decides to do. We’ll be seeing a double feature, and have planned a plant based drive-in themed menu, complete with popcorn, bottled soda and little nips of Jack Daniels. . .
