Iām considering giving Shortflare nurse minicons but idk where they would come from/what they would be/what they would be called.
I canāt believe SHORTflare has to be so fucking big to do his job. He could hug Lugnut like a teddy bear. This is terrifying.
Iām really unsure of where I want Shortflare to end up. Like, as I see it, there are two (sorta three) different scenarios of how his end game is going to turn out.
Scenario 1 (a.k.a The Realistic route): Shortflare is left behind on the front lines while Blitzwing rises in the ranks and ends up leaving which leaves Shortflare metaphorically heartbroken. This ends in Shortflare either getting killed or captured by Autobots. If heās captured heās either going to get thrown in prison, tortured for information and then thrown in prison, or (the sorta third route) tortured and reprogrammed to be a loyal Autobot with no memory of his Decepticon past.Ā

Scenario 2 (a.k.a The Self-Indugent/Oc X Canon Character Ship route): Iām not sure if I need to explain this one (really I just donāt want to explain this one because it embarrasses me that I ship them).

Either quite a few cubes of highgrade (cybertronian alcohol) after a victory against the Autobots or getting thanked/complimented by BlitzwingĀ for once. The latter would be secret.

Heās usually blank-faced, but youāre more likely to see his face blue with rage than smiling. This fact isnāt even because of the war, heās just never really had a good reason to smile.

I wouldnāt say he did anything to go down in history (besides keeping General Blitzwing alive....before he became a general). But his name might be in a few Autobot history books about infamous Decepticon squadrons (if you REALLY look hard).
In the Decepticons heās also not very well known (he is just a field medic after all). But sometimes Blitzwing will tell war stories that involve Shortflare to other high-ranking officials. Itās something.

He wanted to become a medic. Before he was a fire swallower in a circus (which is why his headĀ āflaresā up). Originally, his vehicle mode was something akin to a clown car, so he was always made to hold other bots. So the change fromĀ ābig clown vehicleā toĀ āmedical ambulanceā was an easy one.
