Shorouq (@shoroa91) have 3 young children: Qusai (7), Eileen, (5), and Hisham (2). Life has not been easy for them, with Israeli bombs falling all around them. It has been extra difficult for little Qusai, who has had a heart condition since birth. However, with the shortage of medical supplies in Gaza and the rising cost of everything, Shorouq has not been able to provide him with the medical care he needs, not even medicine. Now, 7-year-old Qusai has to suffer through his pain without any relief.

Things have only become more difficult with the arrival of winter and the heavy rain. The pouring rain has flooded their tent, leaving the children shivering and soaked to the bone. Their tent stands less 100 meters away from the sea, which means they suffer from the worse of the harsh weather, with their little tent very vulnerable to flooding. And all that is in addition to the bombing and the scarcity of clean water and food that they have to suffer through!
