These two are both survivors from the same game, so they have canon interactions. However, these two openly do not get along. At first, Aoi sees Jack as a monster for being a serial killer, but Jack doesn't mind. In chapter three, Jack points out how big Aoi's chest is, which Sakura quickly shuts down. Later in the chapter, the same scenario happens. When Hifumi and Kiyotaka are found dead, Aoi suggests Jack as a suspect, resulting in the two arguing. However, in the trial, the two both accuse Yasuhiro. In chapter four, Jack attacks Aoi after Toko and Aoi fight over Sakura being the traitor.
Seeing Aoi hurt was the moment Sakura decided to commit suicide, wanting her friends to stop fighting. The two argue again in the trial after Genocider admits to smashing Sakura's head with a bottle. When Aoi apologizes to Byakuya after the trial, Genocider gets mad, thinking there is romance between them. The two then argue again. The point I am getting at is that their only hope is the enemies to lovers route. In DRS, Aoi is in Genocider's "My Future" event. While it seems violent, Sonia implies this is normal behavior.
The only liked items they share are the universally liked Hope's Peak Ring as well as The Funplane. In School Mode, they both express a love for karaoke. Interestingly, Aoi feels charged up after, but Jack uses it to relieve stress.
