Yes, those shoes and that JSK can work fine together. The shoes are a little bit lighter than the dress looks from a distance, but I found some photos that people took of them that show the color a little better than Bodyline’s pictures do and it looks like the color of the shoes is pretty close to the lighter blue stripes on the dress.

You're right, you will want a bell-shaped petti.For accessories the most obvious way to go is sweets! I see some lollipops, donuts, it looks like some macarons, all of which are pretty easy to find in jewelry form on sites like etsy and storenvy. For headwear you can easily do a relatively simple headbow or you could go a little more elaborate and continue the sweets theme with a donut or a piece of cake! Or something along those lines. Etsy really is a treasure trove for fun dessert inspired accessories! 

The safest thing would be pink shoes. Pretty much anything with a Sweet look like shoes192, 168, 283, and 259. If you wanted to try something a little more interesting you could pull another color from the print like sax blue or brown and then you could also take that color through the coord and highlight it with accessories.

I think both are super cute. I'm not sure what you would have to be worried about.

I would wear black shoes with the two skirts you're getting now, but pink would work perfectly fine too and would work better with the skirt you're getting later so pink would probably be the better option for all of the above. As for the shoes, both are cute and either would work fine. 

I think the shoes and blouse look fine. I think the hair accessory they threw on her looks super tacky and I wouldn't have put white wrist cuffs with the beige blouse (I also think the blouse might look better in white but the beige doesn't look bad) but otherwise it's a decent, allbeit simple, coord.

If I remember correctly, you asked about them in sax right? And I said they wouldn't work well in sax. But in another color like black or brown they could work nicely with Classic/Sweet. Although I'm still not sure about how they would look with something that was just Classic. If you want something that works better for coords that are more in the Classic direction, these sort of have a similar shape but a much more Classic look.
