For one there’s constantly a weird age gap between the two, crystal is freshly 18 in the show and quicksilver is at least mid 20s in the X-men movies. And in the comics crystal is around a hundred year old (physically 35-45) and quick silver is in his 20s across most series.

I also HATE crystal as a character as a character, especially in fantastic four since she replaces sue while she is PREGNANT and SEDUCES her husband into kicking her off the team for a while and replacing her.

She also is very rude to Johnny when he is genuinely concerned about her health and only wants sexual / romantic relationships with Johnny when at first it was clear Johnny was not interested in her, telling him she wanted BABIES with him.

She also comes onto quicksilver while she was dating johnny and when she got caught doing that she blamed quicksilver.

She also tries to abandon her own child with quicksilver because her child didn’t have powers, and when quicksilver tries to changer her mind she defends herself with a somewhat watered down version of eugenics.
