Shirisae the Phoinex Elf from the Celestial Empire series by T. A. Miles. Same thing with Xu Liang. That damn Pokémon idea. She's wearing pants, but it's hard to tell in this picture. These three Pokemon, rapidash, talonflame, and a female pyroar, were beyond perfect for the future Phoinex Elf ruler. I didn't like her at first, but then she wormed her way in and now I adore her. She's a badass female without coming across as a bitch.
