Hi! I’ve signed up offering to write Dreaming of Sunshine fic for two charity auctions that are currently ongoing and I want to make sure you all know about them. 

How charity auctions work:

Organizers pick out a selection of charities.

Fanwork creators offer to create a fic or fanart or other digital media.

Bidders browse the offers, find something they like, and bid on it.

The winning bidder donates directly to one of the selected charities for the event and then sends proof to the mods.

The winning bidder is put in contact with the fan creator and the fan creator makes them a work.

The two charity auctions I’ve signed up for are: 

Fandom Trumps Hate: On its fourth year, this charity auction benefits American charities affected by the current political climate. My bidding page is here. Bidding runs Feb 24 through Feb 28.

Fandom For Australia: On its first year, this charity auction benefits Australian Charities with a focus on helping with the devastation caused by the brush fires. My bidding page is here. Bidding runs 23 Feb through 29 Feb.

My minimum bid for FTH is $30 USD; my minimum for FFA is $45 AUD. These are roughly equivalent and I’m offering basically the same thing for each of them:

A 5-10k Dreaming of Sunshine fic.

Any & or / pairing I’ve written before, plus additional / ships listed, plus if you want a ship I haven’t listed you can check with me about if I think I can do it before you bid.

T rating, no crossovers, other restrictions apply.

I will write sequels to my own fics if I think I can do a sequel justice; please check with me first if you have your heart set on something.

DoS: Day 13 Jinchuriki

So my thought going into this was to make a sketch one might see along side the reports of the exams, kinda like a court room sketch, but you know... for ninja fights.

I kind of want to write on it like a magazine cover, like “The host of the Ichibi was seen offering assistance to Konohagakure’s secret seal master after their battle”. Or, “ Leaf Village seal master walks away not only unscathed from her confrontation with the Sunagakure jinchuriki, but also with the respect of the murderous Ichibi host.” Or perhaps the classic ‘Scandal’. I can’t make it look good but it’s funny to think of it like the ninja gossip rag.
