I believe that having better solutions to mental health would create a tidal wave level ripple effect of change across the entire world. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and manic depression. I, however, have not had an episode in more than a year and manage my mental health with exercise, vitamins & supplements, nutrition, and therapy. Others struggle more deeply, but I know that making my mental health a priority and focusing on doing the things that I know make me a healthier version of me has made all the difference.
