‘           Huh ,            ’            he replies ,  his brows   f u r r o w e d   slightly as he tilts his head to the side .  It took a lot to surprise a who grew up in   Gotham .   When insanity and   bad puns   were really the  cornerstone  of your city ,  it took something   e x c e p t i o n a l l y   bizarre to surprise him .  However ,  that didn’t mean he couldn’t still be caught   off guard ,  and this situation had definitely set up for that possibility .               ‘           Well  . . .  that’s a  new  one .           ’
