    It takes him… a second, it looks like. He moves quickly and deliberate, taking each one of the remaining ones down with the calculated precision of a Super Soldier. A kick here, a bash of the shield there, all in the blink of an eye before they lay there groaning and unconscious.

    And with that taken care of, he slips his shield onto his back. "Apologies, Ma’am. I’m sure these guys wont be bothering anybody again anytime soon.” He turns and gives her a smile. “Quite a punch back there too. Military trained?”

It must take longer than the space between one blink and the next, but that's about all she registers before she's staring amazement at the pile of moaning ne’er-do-wells on the ground. And her modest new friend -- he's not even breathing heavily as he slips that shield over his shoulder. 

 "Well, butter my butt 'n call me a biscuit -- !" 

 She gives a low whistle and turns to him with a sunny smile. "You're aces, hun. You always that quick, or just when there's a damsel in distress?" 

 Her handshake comes with a wink, and if it's not as much of a bonecracker as she bets his is, she's still got a heck of a grip. "Sure. But it was a while back." 

 And not always strictly, well...by the book.

   “Castle.”
