From Shieldice Studio, 'Realm Fables' is a collection of four world-building sourcebooks containing tools, micro-settings and tables for random generation within your favourite fantasy role playing games. The content within consists of bold, easy to use tables in order to make them work on the fly whilst at the table. The additional assortment of charts, tools and texts of ‘Realm Fables’ can be utilised to preplan adventures, micro settings, or entire worlds for your next campaign. The content is designed to spark the imaginations of Game Masters, and guide them through the creative blocks we all find ourselves struggling with from time to time.

Following on from the success of our first and second campaigns, Shieldice Studio brings Volume 2 of the World Generator collection to Kickstarter. Like Volume 1, it is packed to the brim with useful world-building tables. Use a D20 to speedily roll up and generate your world's history, legends, magic systems and much more. Although these books are designed with tabletop roleplaying in mind, they can be used as writing prompts for your new fantasy novel or short story. Need a unique, magical weapon, or perhaps a town layout? Simply roll the dice, take notes, and your new realms will begin to form.

Additionally, Volume 2 contains Dice Tools and Tools which use a Standard Deck of Playing Cards. These innovative and simple mechanics can quickly generate world maps, a nation's borders, villages and more. Unlocking Stretch Goals will continually add additional content to this book.

Here by popular request, Realm Fables: Miscellany collects the never-before-printed digital stretch goal files of our first campaign into a compilation book of unique tables and epic tools. Do you need a big bad villain for your current campaign? Perhaps the party seek the knowledge of a mysterious librarian, or a new base to store their precious loot?

Any backers who supported our first campaign will have already received these files digitally, but never before have they been compiled into book form. Unlocking Stretch Goals will continually add additional content to this book.

The 'Realm Fables: Preformed Settings' reprint contains two fully formed settings, ready to be dropped into your current campaign or used to begin a new one. 'Salt & Rime' and 'Shadow & Ash' are system neutral micro-settings. A location of icy seas, whalers, ghosts and pirates to be placed into your campaign or game world. Also, a Hex Crawl full of witches, druids and dark magic. They contain back stories, adventure hooks, NPCs, flora and fauna, enemies, encounters, mapped locations and more.
