sue’s only rule is you gotta be in costume. he  isn’t about to be giving  candy to 16 year olds in tracksuits. adults accompanying their children who have also made efforts also get candy.  he literally makes a bucket of candy for the staff where he works every year. he gives halloween gifts. what makes y ou thi nk he wouldn’t give out   candy to      adult trick or treaters lmao
