Out having breakfast with the Bae, Lola! Today, seven years ago I gave birth to this beautiful, defiant, direct, no shit taking, smart as a whip, dry humor, fierce, quiet lil human. She has been a light since then and everyone who met her fell in absolute LOVE with her. I am a better human since she was born. There is not a day that I am not grateful for her. She is my fourth child and when I announced her impending arrival I was met with side eyes, whispers and "did you hear Tanya is having ANOTHER baby?" Didn't care then and assure glad I blocked that shit out now. She is amazing and wonderful and sneaky and precocious and talented and shy and tough and questioning and empathetic.
