1- the fact that John, after his child is born, will give Sherlock a new dog so he won't be lonely... named GLADSTONE! (or maybe Mrs. Hudson will give it to him cause his mum told Mrs. Hudson about Red Beard and knows he is lonely without John...or maybe Mrs. Hudson will tell John and he gets the dog... idk)

2- That John is somewhat stuck somewhere because of Sherlock and on a case and Mary is going into labor and Sherlock has to take her to the hospital and stays with Mary until little Watson is born and the nurse/doctor mistakes him as the dad and makes Sherlock hold a tiny human... and he will just be deducing cute shit looking at that baby. and be like "John's ears... Mary's eyes...cute button nose... healthy heart beat... small tiny hands..."

3- Moriarty comes back (it is him you guys... ALL THE THEORIES THAT WERE TOLD BY THE EMPTY HEARSE IN SERIES 3 EPISODE 1 HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH MORIARTY. BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FIND HIS BODY!!! IT IS INEVITABLE! HE IS BACK!) anyways Moriarty comes back and he reveals who Mary really is...because he can.
