About attic and basement (X). Mary / Mina lures John (ny) to be with her in a basement. But she didn't realize that Dracula / desire has already taken possession of him ... he has coming in.

I don’t understand why ppl want Mina to be a Mary mirror simply because she’s possessive. By that logic, possessiveness somehow means evil (at least, I've seen a lot of ppl who think that Mary is evil), which doesn’t make sense to me. I see Mina as an Amy Pond mirror. See the Pandorica Opens, where Amy&Rory reunite, Rory is an auton, wants to kill Amy, Amy says “You’re Rory Williams, my boyfriend… You aren’t going anywhere, ever again.” Just thought I would throw that out there.
Possessiveness is the characteristic of someone who tends to dominate and overwhelm in emotional affairs. I don't see in it anything positive, personally. Mina and Mary metaphorically represent the heteronormative reading of history. And while there is nothing wrong with heterosexuality (only on tumblr you happen to have to say similar things ...) it is not good when one reading imposes itself forcefully on another possible. As far as I'm concerned, I consider Dracula a part of Sherlock's narrative and as much as I would have appreciated a reading dedicated solely to the character of Bram Stoker, I believe that, in this context, it is functional to a deepening of the character Sherlock Holmes. And while anyone is free to consider him heterosexual or uninterested, the fact that the reading the character as a homosexual, supported by countless clues, is the only one that is never taken seriously, tells how heteronormativity has imposed itself. . .Possessively.As far as Amy Pond is concerned, you do well to mention her because she is a creature of Moffat and as such it could also be a further mirror and I admit I have not thought about it in this context. But the mirrors are never so obvious with Moffat, and is not just because Amy  is female that she must necessarily mirror Mina / Mary. She is more John and therefore in the episode you mention, would John define who? Rory / Mary. Rory as normative heterosexuality because he is the one who offers stability, a son (Ami's choice), home in the suburbs. And there is still nothing wrong with this, in fact unlike Mary who can be appreciated or not but remains an hired killer, Rory is more pleasant. If we want to read that episode in the Moffitverse in which DoctorWho, Dracula and Sherlock can almost certainly be inserted, Rory turns out to be literally Amy's keeper. Mary Watson with her mere presence saved Watson from any accusations of homosexuality, which for a long time, was a necessary evil, an evil / good, Mary was something that Watson needed at the moment but she became someone who didn't is gone, never again (like a ghost infact) .... but honestly I should review the episode. I am absolutely convinced that much in DoctorWho can be read as a compendium to Sherlock, but surely the thing has definitely accentuated in the last season with Moffat as Show Runner, as if he had to shoot all the shots available.
