Sheikha Mozah looked absolutely stunning in this Jean Paul Gaultier couture from  Fall 2008 collection. She was welcomed by the German Chancellor Angela Merkel at the state visit dinner in 2010. One detail about the dress, the inside of the dress was completely in red, so she can wear the dress inside out for the next event.
