Sheighlyn opted to stray further away from what dark elf society ultimately meant to her: abandon any sense of religion, cut her hair, and disassociate herself from other dark elves. Her tumultuous battle with her self-identity left her quiet and mild-mannered through her teenage years and early adult life. While she did not thrive in the social scene, she honed her debate, logistical analysis, and memorization skills leading her to enroll in law school, sit for the bar exam, and become a criminal defense lawyer.
