Sheepflight is one of the two cats within Heather Colony that is old enough to remember when Olivestar was an apprentice. Woollycloud, Sheepflight, and Olivestar were the best of friends back in their youth, and this friendship has never wavered. The three have maintained their positions as heads of the Heather Colony for many moons, falling into a smooth routine without so much as a word to one another; it's almost as if they're all just inherently connected to one another.
Having worked hard for her Colony for such a long time has caused Sheepflight's age to catch up to her more quickly than her sibling or leader, and she's slowed down compared to her younger years. However, she is determined to continue her duties until the day that she joins Star Colony's ranks - so long as that's after her apprentice, Quailpaw, can recieve her full healer name.
