He watches Eleven quite often, mainly because she reminds him of himself when he was that young. He wonders if she's ever thought about why he might be nice to her. How he understands that she is meant for so much greater than Dr. Brenner -- how papa-- treats her. She's powerful, and maybe that's why something is drawn to him. WE CAN USE HER POWER. Henry had lived with the shadows beckoning him and encouraging him to hurt his brothers and sisters for years now. Maybe that's why Dr. Brenner knew better.
