Aurora had been off on her own personal mission. That mission? Getting some damn peace and quiet herself. Itâs been absolute hell back at Talon, mostly having to help the others than be able to work on her own shit. Not that she usually minded, but three days in a row of playing therapist was fucking tolling. She felt her flowers were even wilting from this stress.
So, she was off at a small apartment she had rented for herself to get away from everything with. Tending up at her little garden she has at the top of the roof, tending to some flowers when she heard commotion down at the street. Of course, being nosy as ever, she had to go investigate.
Especially seeing the sirens of police cars.
She snuck down quietly, her yellow sceleraâs glowing in the darkness as she watched in the distance. Squinting.. She heard the name dropped.. Calamity Ashe.. It sounded vaguely familiar. Even if it didnât, seeing the poor woman so beaten on the ground and the nasty pigs kicking her in the ribs? That got her enough to act. Pulling out how own pistol, whipping it against one officer before running to kick the other. Barely managing to miss getting shot at before coming behind the one in front of Ashe and shooting point blank behind his skull. Watching his body slunk to the ground, she gave a smile before kicking him back in the ribs himself. He was dead, sure, but it was still good to get some frustration out.
Now her attention turned toward the poor passed out woman on the ground. Calamity Ashe.. Deadlock Gang, as said so on her attire. Ah, yes.. She heard their names floating about before.. Well, it was no good for her to be so beaten on the ground, no? Carefully gathering her up in her arms, she takes her back up toward her apartment. Resting her on her couch before she carefully cleaned up her face with a low hum, working tenderly to make sure she was position right so she wouldnât be stuck in any pain. She doesnât know exactly whatâs wrong with her, so sheâll have to wait till she comes to.
So, as she waited, she decided to tend to a few of her house plants that adorned the apartment in a sporadic fashion.
