Currently reading: Just finished “She Loves to Cook and She Loves to Eat” vol. 2 last night and haven’t started anything new yet.

Last Song: “Becoming the Lastnames” by Will Wood

Last Movie: The first “Guardians of the Galaxy” with my mum. She hasn’t seen 2 or 3 yet and wanted a refresher.

Last Series: Uh ... I finished “The Owl House” and I’ve been watching “Jeopardy! Masters” but beyond that I don’t have much time for TV lately.

Sweet, Savory, Spicy?: Sweet or Savory, perhaps both.

Craving: Right now? Uh, a hug would be nice, or a nap.

Tea or Coffee: Tea, caffeine free if possible.

Currently working on: I got accepted for a Newmann Zine that I DESPERATELY need to write the fic for but I have literally no free time.

Nope. None. Not a whit.

In Canada, at least, sandwiches weren’t popular at all. Sandwiches being stuff between bread, not burger sandwiches. (The brain shutdown I had when someone asked if I wanted just the sandwich or the meal at a Wendy’s was pretty epic.)

Had a flatmate who used hummus on really heavy rye. Dutch flatmate used to take sandwiches for lunch to his internship and got treated with pity and offered hot meals from their leftovers.

I used to buy egg and lettuce sandwiches from a place that used butter as a matter of course (I love immigrants) and the looks I’d get at work were ridiculous. Was regularly informed that I could get nice things in the area, or that there was a McDonald’s on the corner.

Also their bread is a lot heavier than ours is, like sourdough and stuff and butter doesn’t really help soften it up at all.

You spin me round (like a record): favourite modern cover of an older song?

Oh man, most of the covers that I can name of the top of my head are old songs themselves haha!  But, for a twist, I like Postmodern Jukebox. They take new songs and cover them to sound like old songs which is pretty neat!

The first John Wick is amaaazing! A++ highly recommend. The second one doesn’t quite match up, but is still a fairly interesting watch
