The Ruba is currency of the Shayca Co-Operative Subcontinent.
The icon on the note is the stylized face of the last ruler of the Old Shaycan Subcontinent wearing his ceremonial helmet, now known as Khatam e Khalifa (the Last Caliph).
The Shaycan Subcontinent after his death split into 4 states, each one taken by one of his 4 children, going seperate ways and ideas. Today only 3 remain.
Though each one is completely different from the other (West Shayca is a military Junta, North Shayca is a parliamentary civil democracy, and East Shayca is a still new dictatorship after a revolution), the 3 states use the same currency, the ruba, with the Caliph's face on it.
Underneath his icon is one haunting word.
"Co-operate."
Even in death, he commands the Subcontinent to stand together.
The note comes with several forgery detection features. The grey part in the centre is visible when held up to any light source. The dark grey parts in the light grey strip change color at different angles to light. Serial codes are on the note, with the front side showing the city code, and the back side showing the notes serial number.
