Rosa: What's four-drink Amy again?
Amy: Why don't you come over here and find out?
Rosa: Right, Horny Amy. It feels like you should retire that one for the MeToo era.

A few connections to The Good Place in “A Tale of Two Bandits”
- Nicole Byer’s character on The Good Place was introduced in an episode entitled “The Book of Dougs.” Here, she is Doug’s sister.
- In the cover story at the funeral, Doug Judy is an architect.
- When first walking into the bar, Amy compares Shaw’s to Cheers, a show that stars The Good Place actor Ted Danson. Rosa responds by saying that what she’s describing is hell, which is very similar to The Bad Place.
Amy: Nothing better after a long shift than coming to Shaw's. It's like Cheers, where everybody knows your name.
Rosa: A place where everybody knows your name is hell. You're describing hell.
Shaw's gives me bad vibes. Those stores are like liminal spaces in horror movies. I'm pretty sure I'll encounter Slenderman in the cereal aisle.

Shaw's Office Motto: "Sell Like a Champion Today" play on Notre Dame Football Team Motto
Last night I had a dream that I bought a sandwich and some yarn at Shaw’s (they don’t even sell yarn there, I don’t think), and I woke up feeling like a traitor because I work at Market Basket, and I am morally obligated to snub Shaw’s.
I’m in too deep. Throw me a line, pull me out, send help.
