You can share whatever you want to share and keep private whatever you want to keep private but I find it so sad that some witches don't share their spells or pictures of their tools/altars in the fear of getting cursed or hexed.
Im all for being more aware of safety, but im not going to let trolls or people that MIGHT curse me decide how I live my life and have fun. Personally my NUMBER ONE RULE in my practice is: Don't practice in fear. Nothing will hurt me and if I do get hurt it won't be the end of the world. To be afraid of magic is to limit yourself. Trust that everything will be ok and trust that you have the power to not only protect yourself, but to withstand any negativity that comes your way. If you tell yourself that you are strong enough to overcome and negative energies, chances are you will be. I have NEVER been hexed and I've been showing my shit online for years.
Sharing my practice with others whether it's spells or pictures, brings me closer to my community and educates others and myself.
Now if you keep your practice hidden because your afraid of a physical threat THATS TOTALLY VALID and I support all methods of practice. If this stuff is deeply personal and you don't want to share because you enjoy keeping that to yourself, thats valid too! I just don't want people to be afraid of random people on the internet. Live your life! Have fun!
