KAB Energy’s Kington Tong Ceases To Be Substantial Shareholder
Kington Tong Kum Loong is no longer a substantial shareholder in Kinergy Advancement Berhad (KAB), following the disposal of an additional 25,037,540 shares today. This transaction immediately triggered the cessation of his substantial shareholder status.
According to a Bursa announcement, a review of Kington Tong’s past activities and shareholdings confirms that he has never held any management position or served on the company’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, it was clarified that his previous stake in the company has not exerted any influence on KAB’s management structure or its ongoing operations.
