Has your past become your identity?

Being a victim of a moment does not mean you must remain a victim for life. We all experience pain, loss, trauma, and difficult circumstances. While those experiences are real, they do not define who you are unless you allow them to.

Your life is not determined by what happened to you. It is shaped by the thoughts you focus on, the emotions you create, the actions you take, and the energy you bring into each day. You may not control your past, but you can influence your future.

I have seen people overcome incredible hardships and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. The difference is they stopped identifying with their pain and started focusing on their growth.

You may have been a victim then, but staying a victim is a choice. Heal, learn, and move forward. Do not let your past define the person you are capable of becoming.
