"if no one came to save you, then no one's coming to STOP you"
Fanart of the Neon Void by @sugarpasteltmnt
"Slowly, Void lifted Warren high over his head. He tilted his head back, tongue hanging out the side of his faux mouth—Raph felt the color drain from his face." —Chapter 15 Rap Battle

I finally finished this little scene from ‘Life: The Ultimate Sacrifice’ by Shattered_ontheInside on Ao3 or @shaotie. I’m a bit proud of this one. Mostly about the lighting. I feel like with every drawing I make I learn something new. I’ve improved a lot I think. Any whizzle, this fanfic is absolutely amazing. It’s hard to understand this scene and Part 1 if you have not read the fic. This scene is towards the very end. I don’t want to spoil anything so you should check it out!
I will say this isn’t the whole scene but it’s the most important parts that get the message across. I love how I did Donnie at the bottom. Look at him so desperate to save and stop their brother. 🥹🥹
Remember that scene in Disney's Hercules, when Hercules rescued Meg from the Underworld?
ETA: heres the final product:
I decided to go with the 'Cooler than a body on ice, hotter than the rolling dice' limited palate from @color-palettes 😊💜

I'm in an artsy mood today, so here's a rough sketch of something I'm working on based on that scene (based on the idea that Leo died in the prison dimension, but even death can't stop his brothers from coming to the rescue ❤️💜🧡💙)

Here's my fanart of Villain Leo au by @villainleoau (Leo as Tyche from Book 2: Solar Eclipse) 😃
The text are lyrics from Bad Guy by John Michael Howell & ZVC (YouTube link)
I struggled a whole lot with the sketch and almost gave up, but I really like this au and I've been really wanting to do fanart for it. I think next time I draw Leo wearing clothes I'll sketch Leo first to help me get the proportions right and then add the clothes over that sketch. Anyway, here's the final product ;)
It's not my best work, but the sketch took me so long I didn't want to try starting over, so I decided I'd rather finish it than scrap it (thanks @magisav for encouraging me to finish this!) The sketch is below the cut
Seven Years - Trapped in the Prison Dimension (rough sketch)
"If only I had wings! Then I would fly away to safety!”
colored in version below the cut, at the bottom
🔹completed digital art
Here's the beginning of a drawing I'm working on. After over two years I finally feel ready to crack open my dad's sketchbook that he didn't get a chance to use and draw in it (for the longest time I felt like whatever I put in there couldn't be anything less than perfect because it's the only sketchbook I have that belonged to him and that held me back from using it) I'm only going to be using the Faber-Castell colored pencils he bought for me shortly before his death in this picture.
This isn't a double mutated Leo, it's Leo from my Seven Years au during the time he was trapped in the prison dimension, unable to die, with Krang Prime. The wings aren't real, they're symbolic of him wishing that he could fly away to safety, and he has a tight grip on the photo of his family because that represents no matter how tightly he tries to hold onto his memories of them they keep slipping through his fingers and fading with time.
After being rescued and the truth came out about how long he was really in the Bad Place he told Donnie:
"being there made this life feel like a dream. I was starting to believe it was all a dream, that you never existed ‘cept for my imagination." (chapter 3)
