Me pasa la misma cosa. Despues de un dia completo con mis amigas hispanohablantes, no puedo conversar mas en castellano. “Che boluda, por favor, talk to me in English.”
Pobrecita jajajaja
Vegetarianism is largely absent from many types of media, but one notable exception is the cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender. I loved it when I was a young teenager, and as I was rewatching some episodes recently, I realized that Aang, the main protagonist and most powerful being in the world, is a staunch vegetarian with a deep respect for life who comes from a whole culture of vegetarians. The series is amazing for many other reasons, and appeals to both kids and adults. Go check it out!
That's really cool to hear! It's really great that the subject is something coming up in a popular children's show, exposing vegetarianism as a characteristic in a positive and heroic role model. I saw the movie, but apparently it was terrible compared to the show. Random story one day at lunch at debate camp last month (the way a lot of my sentences start because I'm COOL,) my whole table was like geeking out about avatar and it sounded like a pretty cool show but I was just LOST. My parents were really strict about what I watched on TV. I wasn't allowed to watch cartoon network or other specific shows and movies/books like harry potter. ANYWAY, yeah I'll have to watch an episode or two!
