Fizban smiled as he looked around, his eyes scanning the skies, his flowing robes rustling softly in the breeze as his gaze settled at you with a blend of mirth and seriousness. “You know, my dear friend, when you say I know more about this threat than anyone, I can’t help but feel a tad flattered—though it’s mostly due to the hefty collection of tomes I’ve acquired over the centuries. And let’s not forget my penchant for being in the right place at the right time… or, more often than not, the wrong time!”
His eyes twinkled with mischief as he continued, “I shall indeed be by your side, but don’t be surprised if I misplace my staff or conjure a rather dubious illusion at the worst moment. Perhaps a giant pie? That always seems to lighten the mood!” He chuckled, though his voice took on a more serious tone as he added, “But in all honesty, when the shadows creep and uncertainty lurks, I’ll be there—both to protect you and to ensure that our little escapades don’t turn into outright calamities. Just give me a nod when things get tense, and I promise to spring into action! Well, after I locate my hat, that is.”
He adjusted his robes, a knowing smile creeping across his face, and the air around him shimmered slightly, a hint of ancient magic swirling at his fingertips. “Now, let’s ensure our path is filled with more triumphs than tribulations! Onward to adventure!”
A massive smile had appeared on his face as he did his best to lighten the situation with a good bit of humor for the younger man's sake while he did in fact know how dangerous things could and would be going forward he didn't want hiccup to waver or give into fear and doubt and besides what better way to lighten the mood with a bit of good humor.
"Actually, that might not be the best idea..." Hiccup wasn't exactly in a joking mood. "You know as well as I do how important it is to be focused while in battle."
Turning around, he gave Fizban an appreciative nod. "Thanks, I'll keep that in mind."
They sped towards Berk, the large dragon already in view.
"Okay, gang! Let's get his attention!"
He and the other riders started blasting the dragon with their breath weapons, working to get it to turn towards them and away from the village.
